Consistent with our privacy-first mission, Natura takes a minimal approach to cookies. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites.

Our primary Service is delivered through third-party messaging platforms (WhatsApp, iMessage, and Telegram), not through a web-based interface. Cookies are only relevant to your interactions with our Website at natura.inc.

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Website to function. They enable basic functionality such as page navigation, secure access, and session management. The Website cannot function properly without these cookies, and they cannot be disabled.

Durations: Waitlist access and its public display hint last up to 7 days; preview access up to 1 day; admin access up to 8 hours. OAuth verification cookies last up to 10 minutes. Signing out on all devices revokes waitlist access immediately.

3.2 Analytics Cookies

We do not set analytics cookies or persistent FAQ visitor identifiers. The FAQ widget does not track impressions or clicks. Waitlist page and action totals are counted without a browser identifier.

We use security counters to limit abusive requests. Their keys are hashed on the server and expire; they are not used to build visitor profiles.

3.3 Functional Cookies

Motion preferences follow your device settings. We currently do not set optional functional cookies or display a cookie preference banner.

• Advertising or targeting cookies. We do not serve ads and do not use cookies to track your interests or deliver personalized advertising.
• Third-party social media tracking cookies. We do not embed social media tracking pixels or widgets that set cookies.
• Cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use cookies to follow your activity across other websites.

Our tinyPeople Agents operate within WhatsApp, iMessage, and Telegram. These third-party messaging platforms may use their own cookies and tracking technologies subject to their respective privacy policies. Natura does not set, access, or control any cookies on these platforms.

When you access the NatureOS application, cookies are not used. The app uses standard mobile device storage mechanisms governed by your device's operating system.

There is currently no optional-cookie banner because the Website does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. You can sign out of the waitlist on all devices or clear site data in your browser. If optional tracking is introduced, its controls and this policy will be updated first.

You can also control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View what cookies are stored on your device and delete them individually or all at once.
• Block third-party cookies.
• Block cookies from specific websites.
• Block all cookies.
• Clear all cookies when you close the browser.
